Blueberries...

Luckily this year we didn't miss picking the berries. Though they were small and it took longer to pick, we now have snacks for the girls all year long!

Balloons

Here's some pictures from this years Hot Air Balloon Festival in Albany. It was a really nice morning for them to take off, but I have to say it was much too early!

Galesville Reservoir 2011...

Our big trip of the summer, and we trucked down to Azalea with Mark & Nanci. Here's a couple of pictures of what went on while we were there.

Green Beans!

This is my first picking of green beans. There will probably be one more before they're all gone. I think I'm actually going to can them. Of course they'll be in half pints since other members of my family, whom we won't mention (Casey) won't eat vegetables, but I guess there's more for me!!!

Colbie at 2 months old

Month #2 of Colbie's life. She's growing a lot, which she should for how much she eats & sleeps! We call her Stevie Wonder a lot because she's starting to notice a lot more stuff and she bobs back and forth as she's watching. Her smile is really sweet, she usually gives you a good one when you start to talk to her. It makes her whole face light up!

Daddy & Me...

These were too cute to not share. We went to Portland weekend before last for a wedding and we got some family time in our hotel room. Colbie is growing a lot and she's cuter than ever.

Great Picture Idea...

So Diana gave me a link to a great picture idea. For the next 12 months I will take a picture of Colbie to show how she's grown. So here's month #1. Today is her official one month birthday, as you can tell she's thrilled about it!

Colbie Update

We took the munchkin to her 2 week check up yesterday. She's not 8 lbs. 15 oz. They pricked her foot again and squeezed the life out of it to get a blood sample. Didn't get enough with the first foot, so they did the second one as well. Can't say she enjoyed it much. She's been trying to get some noises out. They're more like little squeaks at the moment, so we've dubbed her "Squeaky." Other than that she's enjoying big sister, and sleeps really well. No complaints on that.

Everyone's Alright...

Not sure if all of you heard, but Casey got into an accident Thursday morning on his way home from working in the valley. Thankfully he was not hurt, but the truck is out of commission until August, or so we've been told. It was a sore site to look at sitting in our driveway for a couple of hours so we were glad to see it go to the shop!

Our New Baby...

Here's some pictures of the new addition to the family. She's a great baby, not much fussing unless she's hungry, which is about every 3 hours on the dot. She is just beautiful and I can't wait for you all to meet her!

Our Little Visitor

We got a surprise visit from Baby Daisy today. The girls had a great time playing with each other in the playroom, and screaming as they ran down the hallway.

The Money Maker, and no it's not new!

Here's a quick look at what Casey's truck looks like. With a new paint job and a new engine it's almost brand new!

We were able to enjoy the sunshine and the heat this last weekend. Taylor was able to use her new pool, and Grandma was a good sport in the water fight. Hopefully there will be more days like this to enjoy they definitely are few and far between these days.

We are still waiting for the baby, so more to come on that...
Thanks to Diana, we will now be able to share with you more of what goes on in our lives. We hope you enjoy catching up with us, as much as we enjoy reading about the boys.
